Sewing and embroidery with both hand and machine

• helps create unique pieces that would stand out in a room of other art works 

• Able to think outside the box when it comes to the structure of a piece, able to use canvas to make 3D objects.

Creating Detailed line work

• Fine detailed line work that is used in ink drawings and embroidery, makin works look often more realistic or have more texture

• A Steady hand to create fine line work and also work on smaller or larger pieces 

• Classes: ASTU 3202 D&P : Figure I 2023 fall, ASTU 3203D&P Figure 2024 spring

 

Metalsmithing 

• Assisted in creating structures to keep in mixed media works in their intended shape and helping the work weigh less.

• Allows me to look outside the box when creating works, such as adding movable parts with metal joints.
